Has anyone tried Skechers “shape ups” shoes or an equivalent brand?
First off I know a shoe can’t make you lose weight. I just wanted to hear from people that have tried Skechers shape up shoes or some other brand just like them & if so, when you are walking do they really do anything special? They are so comfortable. I like wearing them when i’m going to have to do alot of walking or standing for long periods of time. Most comfortable shoes i’ve ever had. They look very big and awkward though:)
